To ensure guest safety Inertia Charters and/or Captain has the authority to deem if conditions are safe for travel at any time.  Weather conditions are typically the result of (but are not limited to) heavy storms, small craft advisory warnings, gale storms, strong winds, and large waves. Light rain, passing storms, and cooler temperatures are typically considered charterable.

In the case that conditions are deemed uncharterable prior to departure, we will work with you to reschedule your charter at a future date.  Inertia provides indoor and outdoor options on the dock. If your group proceeds with your booking on the dock rescheduling will not be permitted.
